The Lady Cannoneers Defeat the Lady Timberwolves
The Jefferson Women's Basketball team came home Saturday with yet another win!
They Lady Cannoneers traveled to SUNY Adirondack on Saturday for another Region III road game. An early morning departure and a long bus ride found The Lady Cannoneers a little flat to start the game. At the half The lady Cannoneers held a 39-21 lead. Foul trouble plagued the front court for the Cannoneers all day Saturday, but they managed to overcome and record all five starters in double figures. Jasmine Canady, Kathleen Coloney, and Alyssa Crosby all recorded 12 points. Amanda Roberts led the attack posting 11 points, and 8 assists against the Lady Timberwolves.
