The Cannoneers Defeat the Broome Hornets!

The Jefferson Men's Lacrosse team earned their first victory of the season by defeating Broome Community College 14-6 at Binghamton's Alumni Field last night.  Dallas Thomas (General Brown) led the way with 5 goals, 3 assists, and 5 ground balls.  Jordan Jerome (South Jefferson) was second on the team with 3 goals and 2 assists.  Also contributing were Joe Spooner (IHC) adding 3 goals, Danny Conlin (Carthage) 2 goals and 1 assist with 9 ground balls, and Kristian Baxter (Indian River) with 1 goal and 9 ground balls.  The Cannoneers record is now 1-1 on the season with back to back road trips next Saturday (3/29) and Sunday (3/30) as they travel to Hudson Valley and Dean.
