First Period
The Cannoneers opened the game with strong pressure and quick execution. Mason Savage broke the scoreless tie with a well-placed shot, giving his team early momentum. Shortly after, Cameron Winebar capitalized on another offensive opportunity, extending the lead to 2–0 and setting the tone for the night.
Second Period
The Cannoneers continued to control play throughout the second period, refusing to let up on the attack. Dylan Johnson struck first in the period, adding to the growing lead. Drew Blevins followed with a goal of his own, and Johnson soon netted his second of the game, capping off a three-goal surge that pushed the Cannoneers firmly ahead.
Third Period
Entering the final period with confidence, the Cannoneers wasted no time adding to their tally. Just 15 seconds in, Blevins recorded his second goal of the game. Dylan Johnson completed his hat trick shortly after, showcasing an impressive offensive effort. Mason Jeeves and Nathan Van Wie contributed the final two goals, sealing the comprehensive 9–0 victory.
