Repeat Performance: Jefferson Sweeps Mohawk Valley Again

Game 1 Report:

The Cannoneers look to take another two games from the Mohawk Valley Hawks. Top of the 1st, the Cannoneers get on base early with 2 walks and 0 outs. #4 Ryan Murnane hits a rbi single to give the Cannoneers the 1-0 lead. #11 Nick Spivey also delivers a rbi single to bring in another run extending the lead 2-0. Bottom of the 1st, the Hawks strike back and take the lead from a rbi double, a balk and a sac hit making the score 3-2 Hawks. Top of the 2nd, the Cannoneers look to take back the lead with #28 Yuliano Lopez socring on a wild pitch tying up the game 3-3. Quiet next few innings until the bottom of the 5th when the Hawks take back the lead with a sac fly to bring in another run making the score 4-3 Hawks. Top of the 6th, the Cannoneers tie the game up 

once again with #28 Yuliano Lopez hits a rbi single. Top of the 7th, the Cannoneers take back the lead with #20 Braiden Bley hits a rbi single. Bottom of the 7th, #11 Nick Spivey ends the game and secures the Cannoneer win with a throw down to #4 Ryan Murnane to catch the runner stealing second. #17 Kyle Peterson had another complete game picking up 7 more strikeouts, allowing 6 hits and 4 runs. The Cannoneers had 13 hits with 3 errors with a final score of 5-4

The Cannoneers look to extend their winning streak with another win against the Hawks. Top of the 1st, #11 Nick Spivey gets a sac hit to bring in a run to give the Cannoneers the early 1-0 lead. #20 Braiden Bley hits a rbi single to bring in another run making the lead 2-0. Top of the 2nd, #11 Nick Spivey hits a 2 rbi single to extend the lead 4-0. Top of the 3rd, #2 Oiram Williams scores a run on an error giving the Cannoneers the 5-0 lead. Top of the 4th, #28 Yuliano Lopez hits a homerun to bring the lead to 6-0. #20 Braiden Bley hits another rbi single to bring in another run making the game 7-0. #0 Ancel Rossell hits a rbi single to give the 8-0 lead to the Cannoneers. Bottom of the 5th, the Hawks get on the board with a balk called to being in their first run of the 

game 8-1. The Hawks get another run with a sac fly making the score 8-2. Top of the 6th, #2 Oiram Williams knocks a rbi single to bring in another run 9-2. #6 Daniel Storey gets a sac hit to extend the Cannoneer lead 10-2.
